A customer is anyone who is in need. The client is sometimes aware of this need, and sometimes not or does not mind it at all.

What are the elements that affect the purchase of service or product of the customer?

Sense + egoism + smell + taste + profit = sale. If you intended to get a customer you should apply at least one of the mentioned five.

Although all of these mechanical and simple formulas are known it is challenging to get a customer nowadays since alternatives increased.

You may attract the customer toward you at this key point. You read the back of the book at the bookstore. If the content of the book expressed curiously by a writer you will buy that book, otherwise, it will be put again its bookshelf.

Body, mind, and spirit. In other words, each company, person, the product has 3 different bodies. 1-solid body appearance from flesh and stone2- a body that fills inside of the mind. The 3-spiritual body which inherent to each person and not exists in this world. Do not wait for the customer who does not have all three at the same place even might have but this is not a steady customer.

How does this equation work?

It will be explained with two examples. The first one belongs to humans more clearly that is a person’s himself. When a man wakes up every morning he/she finds a combination of thoughts in his mind, as well as soul and body in another place. If three of them come together they will become more powerful. If a man stirs up mind and body excluding spirit, then he can be nowhere. Meanwhile, a person that puts the soul, the body and the mind together and go to a new way is a man. So, you may find an event cozy, logical and in a good way moreover, you will have a full vision of real lover, real friend, and outlook. It will continue for a long time even if it has fewer costumers.

In the second example, let’s think we design a product. When we design the main element of that product actually will be prepared a body as well. If the mentioned product doesn’t own mentality and mission, obviously its spirit will not be fully successful. Pay attention to many loved-brands include these three elements.

Based on the study, "the customer is the greatest blessing" word today has changed to "finding a customer is the greatest blessing. It is needed to consider this by all advertisers, brand owners, people.
